Replacement and Return policy under Covid-19 crisis.
- We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions of our return & 15 Days Replacement Policy stated below before placing an order at www.sereindecor.com
- Due to Nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, as per our 15 Days Warranty, we do offer replacement ONLY if a product has manufacturing defects.
- Customers CANNOT request for replacements of any other reason other than manufacturing defect(s).
- They can either buy the same product from our website.
- If that particular product is not available, they can pick up any other product of equal of higher value (For higher value products, they will have to the additional difference in pricing).
- To avail the 15-Days Replacement Warranty for order(s), customers should inform us the discrepancy in the product by sending an email to email@example.com within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order(s)
- Incompliance with 15 days replacement Warranty, we will send the replacement product (based on customer’s choice) within 15 days of placing a fresh order.
- The customer will have to bear the shipping and handling cost involved in sending the defective product back to us.
- If an order has been tampered with or the package is open/damaged at the time of receipt, customers are advised NOT to accept the order as ask the courier executive to take it back. Additionally, they must inform us about the case by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the time of delivery, so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
- Apart from Conditions reserved herein above, the following orders shall not be eligible for return or replacement under our 15Days Replacement Warranty.
- Any product that exhibits usage and/physical damage.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- If you have received the shipment in broken condition, you must raise a complaint by informing us on email@example.com alongwith images of broken product from all the possible angles.
- No breakage complaints should be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
